Terms of use

DealPin is a notice board. People post offers they have seen in shops, and other people say whether the offer is still there. Using it means agreeing to the following.

Offers are reported by people, not verified by us

Everything on DealPin was posted by a member who says they saw it. We show how many people have confirmed it, but we cannot guarantee any offer exists, is still running, or applies to you. Prices, conditions and availability are decided by the shop, not by us. Check before you buy.

What you agree to when you post

• You were actually at the shop, and the offer is real.
• The photo is one you took, of the offer itself, and shows no people.
• You will not post the same offer twice, or post offers to earn karma rather than to help.
• You will not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated to shopping.

Posts that break these are removed, and repeat offenders lose the ability to post. A confirmed fake costs karma. We may remove any post or account at our discretion.

Your posts

You keep ownership of your photos and words. By posting you let DealPin show them publicly, including in shared links and on the map, for as long as the offer is live and for a short while afterwards.

Karma, badges and ranks

These are for recognition only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if they were earned by breaking these terms.

Availability

DealPin is run by a small team and offered as it is, free of charge. It may be unavailable at times and it may change. We are not liable for any loss arising from an offer that was not as described, or from the service being unavailable.

Age

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
